Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

Calmie Skin Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Calmie Skin Care is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
